What are the candles made of?
Moon Sign candles are made with coconut apricot creme wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our candles are hand-poured in small batches with high quality, non-toxic, clean-burning ingredients that have lower environmental impact than your standard candle.
How long can the candles burn?
If you burn them for 4 hours at a time ( trimming the wick in between burns), our current 8oz size should have at least 30 hours of burn time. It is important to keep wicks trimmed to ¼” height to ensure the wick is performing properly and safely. Wicks can be trimmed by hand, nail clippers or a wick trimmer.
Our candles and wicks are designed to leave about half an inch of unburned wax to protect the candle tin from overheating. *Always* burn candle in sight and on non-flammable surfaces.
My candle is making noise...is that normal?
Yes, we use crackling wicks. The crackling sound is completely normal, and should mimic the crackling of a fireplace. Be sure to trim the wick before every lighting.
What are the Body Boosters made of?
Moon Sign Body Boosters are made of a blend of chamomile butter, shea butter, almond oil and soothing Maracuja oil. Currently, they are all unscented. Body Booster butters are for external use only.
How does shipping work?
You will usually get your deliveries in 5 days, however it may take 7-10 business days to receive orders due to shipping delays. Processing and packing can take 1-4 business days. Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are sent, shipping is controlled by the carrier service. Please send any concerns to info@shopmoonsign.com.
Can I return or exchange?
If your products are deemed physically unusable upon delivery, please send a photo of the defective items as soon as possible to: info@shopmoonsign.com
