Shipping policy

Most packages are delivered between 2-8 days, however it may take up to 10 days to receive orders depending on carrier and season. All products are shipped from New York. Processing and packing can take 1-3 business days. Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are sent, shipping is controlled by the carrier service.
